BECKER, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran women's golf team competed in day two of the UMAC Championships at Pebble Creek Golf Club on Friday afternoon and shot a 456 (+168). Northwestern still leads the charge after day two as they are now 32 shots clear of Crown for first place.
Lydia Schmid finished day two as the low round for Bethany with a 107 (+35) on the day, while
Olivia Krause shot 112 (+40) and recorded one of just three birdies on the women's side.
Brianna Lienig bettered her opening round score by five shots on day two with a 115 (+43), while
Isabella Garza shot 122 (+50). Rounding out the Bethany scores was
Gianna Klarenbeek who fired a 126 (+54).
The Vikings will compete in their final day of action at the Championships tomorrow.
