MANKATO, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran women's golf team competed in the BLC and MLC Invites over the weekend and came away with two sixth place finishes. The Vikings Friday carded a team score of 434 at the Crow River Golf Club before shooting 458 on Saturday at Oakdale Golf Club.
Friday's event was highlighted by
Olivia Krause, who shot a new career best score of 94 (+23) to lead the pack.
Lydia Schmid continued her consistent efforts with a 103 (+32), while
Gianna Klarenbeek shot 117 (+46). Rounding out the scores for the Vikings were
Isabella Garza (+49) and
Brianna Lienig (+52).Â
Friday Results
Schmid led the team on Saturday as she shot a 99 (+27), while Krause was next with a 104 (+32). Klarenbeek and Lienig rounded out the scoring on day two as they shot 121 (+49) and 134 (+62).Â

The Vikings are next in action this week as they travel to the UMAC Championships in Becker, Minn. from Thursday to Saturday.Â
