ST. PETER, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran women's track and field team Saturday competed in the Drake Alternative hosted by Gustavus and saw a handful of PR's as well as school records.
"It was a great day for our athletes today," said Head Coach Michael Dunn. "Our 4 x 100 women's relay team set a new school record and we saw a ton of PR's on both the men's and women's teams."
The 4 x 100 team of Anna G. Schwartz, Naomi Anderson, Riley Ping, and Stephanie Witbrod bested a seven year old school record with a time of 51.72, while Cassidy Gibson broke the outdoor school record in the high jump with a leap of 1.58m.
