DULUTH, Minn. - The Bethany women's soccer team lost 4-0 at St. Scholastica on Wednesday afternoon, dropping to 0-4-0 overall.
St. Scholastica scored what proved to be the game-winner in the 32nd minute and held a 1-0 advantage at halftime, while out-shooting the Vikings 18-4. The Saints added insurance goals in the 74th, 80th, and 89th minutes to secure the win.
The home team outshot Bethany 27-11 overall and 14-5 on goal. Arayah Baker made 10 saves.
Bethany is back on the pitch Saturday morning at home against Hamline. Kickoff is slated for 11 a.m.
