MANKATO, Minn. - The 2025-26 Academic All-District men's and women's track & field/cross country teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, were released Tuesday and two Bethany student-athletes were recognized for their combined performances on the track and in the classroom. 

Bethany student-athletes earning the honor this year include Samantha Kedsch and Matthew Koosman. These outstanding student-athletes are nominated by their sports information director, must be at least a sophomore, and must have a minimum 3.50 GPA. They must also meet high athletic standards that are based off TFRRS regional performance rankings at the time of nomination. Only individual ranked performances are to be used for eligibility. 

• NCAA institutions: 
  • Cross Country - Top-50 individual performance at the NCAA regional competition during the current academic year
  • Track - Top-50 regional ranking in single event (indoor or outdoor)
