Mankato, Minn. – The men’s tennis team was unable to get a win in the last two UMAC matches of the season taking on North Central and Martin Luther.
The Vikings couldn’t find a rhythm against the Rams playing in Minneapolis and the Baseline Tennis Center.
Peter Londgren (Charlevoix, Mich. / Charlevoix) had the best showing for Bethany Lutheran falling to his opponent 6-4, 6-4. Eric DeBurzzi (Carlisle, Mass. / Concord Carlisle) was also able to give his opponent a run falling 6-1, 6-4.
Against MLC the Vikings were able to get one win coming from Aaron Wiechman in the six spot. Wiechman got the win 6-4, 2-6, and 10-8 in the tie breaker.
