MANKATO, Minn. – The Bethany Lutheran men's tennis team gave its best efforts on Saturday, battling in a hard-fought contest against St. Scholastica at the BLC Tennis Courts. BLC dropped the match 7-2 to fall to 9-11 overall and 3-3 in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference standings.
The Vikings picked up a one win in singles competition, as
Dexter Jackson (Chicago, Ill.) defeated his opponent 6-1, 6-3 at the No. 6 spot in the order. Jackson teamed up with
Carter Dahl (Albert Lea, Minn.) in doubles to pick up the 9-7 victory.
