FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – The Bethany Lutheran women's golf team placed fifth at the North Central Invite with its 415 Wednesday. This competition was held at Les Boldstad Golf Course, the home of the Golden Gophers.

Northwestern won the team race with its 359. Mikayla Santjer of Northland was the individual medalist with her 83.

Junior Hayley Thompson (Victoria, Minn.) was the top finisher for the Vikings as she placed second with her 84.

Freshman Chloe Madson (Sebring, Fla.) carded a career-low 119.
