BECKER, Minn. - Headed into the last day of the UMAC Championships Saturday,
Keaton Ginter of Bethany Lutheran men's golf currently sits tied for first overall with a two day total of 157 (+13) while the team is in fourth place. The Vikings aren't far behind though as they currently sit at 653 (+77) which is just six shots back of UW-Superior and North Central who are tied for first at 647 (+71).
Ginter had another great day for Bethany as he carded a 78 (+6) to lead the scoring.
Eli Wetzel had a strong back nine for the Vikings posting two birdies to shoot 82 (+10) on the day while
Jakob 'Jake' Swanson and
Teien Murphy each shot 83 (+11). Rounding out the Viking scores was
Arturo Fraile Beltran with an 87 (+15).
Bethany will compete in the final day of the UMAC Championships tomorrow from Pebble Creek in Becker.
