BECKER, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran women's golf team Thursday traveled to Becker, Minn. to compete in the UMAC Preview at Pebble Creek Golf Course and came away with a fifth place finish with a team score of +175. Northwestern won the event with a +60 while Crown was just behind them with a +68. 

Lydia Schmid led Bethany with her third straight sub-100 round by shooting a 99 (+27) to finish 17th while Olivia Krause was a few shots behind her in in 22nd with a score of 102 (+30). Gianna Klarenbeek shot 114 (+42) to finish in 29th overall while Brianna Lienig finish in 38th with a 149 (+77).

Bethany will next be in action on Tuesday when they host the Wittenburg Cup.
