ST. PAUL, Minn. - The UMAC announced its 2025 Cross Country Awards on Wednesday and two Bethany runners were recognized on the All-Conference teams. Campbell Amundson earned First Team All-UMAC and was selected Rookie of the Year, while Andreas Guessregen earned Second Team honors. 

Amundson led the Vikings at the UMAC Championships with an eighth place finish, clocking a personal best time of 24:16.4. Her time ranks fifth in program history. Guessregen led the men's squad with an 11th place finish, crossing the line with a personal best time of 28:19.6. His time ranks seventh in program history. 

All-Sportsmanship honors went to Gracelyn Malecek and James Younge.
