ST. PAUL, Minn. - Bethany track & field athletes Sam Kedsch (So., Daggett, Mich.) and Brandon Kellett (Fy., Excelsior) were named UMAC Field Athletes of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. 

Kedsch set the school record in the women's long jump at the MSU-Mankato Chuck Peterson Open on Friday. Kedesch's leap of 17-4.25 broke the previous mark of 17-0.5, set by Stephanie Witbrod in 2023. Brandon Kellett also set a program record at the Chuck Peterson Open. Kellett's clearance of 12-3.5 in the pole vault broke the previous school record of 11-10.5, set by Josh Bruender in 2014.
