MANKATO, Minn.-- The Bethany Lutheran volleyball team (9-14 overall, 2-3 UMAC) travels to face UW-Superior (11-15, 3-2) Saturday at 3 p.m. to open a three-game roadswing. The Yellowjackets are fourth in the conference standings and the Vikings are tied for fifth.

Bethany Lutheran
Senior Megan Rutt (Le Center, Minn.) is the team's leading hitter with 241 kills and 3.01 kills/set. Classmate Mindy Poehler (Nicollet), and freshmen Alexis Morsching (Morristown, Minn.), and and freshman Kasidy Cacka (Brownton, Minn.) join her in triple digits with 148, 146, and 139 kills, respectively.
Junior Brittany Sanders (St. James, Minn.) has 511 assists and team-high 38 service aces. Senior Veeva Lee (St. Paul) follows with 30 aces and has a team-best 375 digs.

Rutt is third in kills (1,275) and senior Kalli Mathiasen (St. Cloud, Minn.) is seventh in assists (894). Senior Haley Domonoske (Waterville, Minn.) is seventh in solo blocks (43) and sixth in block assists (154) and sixth in total blocks (197). Lee is tied for fourth in service aces (107) and tied for ninth in digs (818). Sanders is 10th in assists (511).
