MANKATO, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran volleyball team will host No. 5 Northwestern and North Central this weekend for a pair of UMAC matchups. The Vikings (6-15, 3-7 UMAC) will take on the Eagles (22-3, 10-0 UMAC) at 7 p.m. on Friday night before facing off with the Rams (11-10, 2-7 UMAC) on Saturday at 1 p.m.
Saturday's contest will also be Senior Day where the Vikings will be honoring senior

UNW Eagles
The Vikings will match up with Northwestern for the 38th time on Friday night with UNW holding a 32-5 edge and winning the past 31 matches.
Northwestern comes into the contest ranked No. 5 in the country and has been led through 25 matches by Abby Glanzer who has 361 kills on the season which ranks 11th in the country. Ari Schmidt and Marley Aune are also steady contributors on the attack, totaling 235 and 197 kills, respectively, and each hitting above .320. Setting duties have been split by the Eagles, with Grace Strickfaden leading the category with 577, while Marylyn Schroyer leads the back row with 432 digs.
NCU Rams
Saturday's contest will be the 26th all-time between the two programs with Bethany currently holding a 19-6 advantage. Bethany won the matchup earlier this season between the teams, while the two teams split their matchups last year.
Trhough 21 matches the Rams have been led by Sydney Carlson who has totaled 246 kills thus far. Lola Huhta and Hailey Lerfald have also been compliments on the attack with each above 135 kills on the season adn Lerfald hitting at a .312 percentage. Grace Brigson has tallied 396 set assists thus far to lead NCU while Maci Tripp has totaled 240 digs in the back row.
