WINTHROP, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran men's cross country team competed in the UMAC Championships at the Winthrop Golf Club on Saturday afternoon and finished in fifth place. The Vikings finished with a team score of 134 while UW-Superior won the event with a score of 17.
Josiah Hoppe led Bethany on the day as he finished in 19th place with a time of 28:46.80. James Younge and Trace Edmondson were right behind Hoppe as they finished in 20th and 21st with times of 28:48.40 and 28:49.70, respectively. Rounding out the Vikings times were Carter Zimmerman who finished 37th in 30:29.20 and Noah Radloff who was 46th with a time of 31:46.30.
