Aberdeen, S.D. - The Bethany men's soccer team had a close 1-0 victory over Presentation today. It was a perfect day for soccer in Aberdeen, S.D. The men came out with high intensity and set the tone for an aggressive match. 

The two teams went head to head, with the Vikings outshooting the Saints just 14-11. The Vikings received a high 20 fouls against Presentation. The referees really had to take control near the end of the game as fans and players got rowdy. 

Junior Evans Tackie-Yarboi (West Jordan, Utah/Cooper Hills) had been looking for his first goal of the season, and finally was able to put one in the back of the net. Takcie-Yarboi scored the only goal of the game in the 70th minute, assisted by Joe Nuah (St. Paul, Minn./Arlington). 

The Vikings will take on St. Olaf this Tuesday at home at 7 p.m. The team is currently 5-4 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
