BECKER, Minn. - The Bethany Lutheran men's golf team concluded play at the UMAC Championships on Saturday and finished in sixth place with a three day score of 1034 (+170). On day three the Vikings shot their best score of the week at 337 (+49). UW-Superior won the three day event with a 931 (+67)
Keaton Ginter and
Teien Murphy each shot 81 (+9) on the final day to lead Bethany.
Jake Swanson finished his weekend with a final score of 86 (+14) while
Eli Wetzel shot 89 (+17) to round out the Vikings team score.
Arturo Fraile Beltran concluded his weekend of play as the fifth Viking to score as he shot 92 (+20).
On the weekend, Ginter finished t-13
th overall while Swanson finished 17
th. Murphy also cracked the top 30 with a t-27
th finish, with Wetzel finishing shortly behind at t-31
st and Beltran in 35
th.
