KANSAS CITY, Mo. - United Soccer Coaches announced their All-Region teams on Tuesday afternoon and Elena Luján Rubio of the Bethany Lutheran women's team earned Fourth Team All-Region in Region IX. The honor is the second consecutive All-Region nod for Luján Rubio, who was named Second Team All-Region last season. 

The junior led a squad that posted 49 goals on the season, scoring 12 times and posting nine assists for 33 points with all three marks leading the team. Luján Rubio had two multi-goal games this year and three games with at least two assists.
