Kyle Dushane was the starting third baseman for the Vikings from 2002-03, and
were two-time Regional Champions during Kyle’s time on campus. Individually,
He was a two-time All-Division, All-State, and All-Region player, and in 2003, he
was an Academic All-State Award recipient. Kyle hit .439 his freshman season with
14 doubles, nine home runs, 44 RBIs, 30 runs, and four stolen bases. He hit .372
his sophomore season with ten doubles, two home runs, 26 RBIs, and 33 runs.
Additionally, he had a fielding percentage of .959 with only three errors in 36 games
that season.
