Lisa (Patterson ‘96) Krocak was a dominant middle blocker for the Bethany volleyball team that appeared in two National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Tournaments; winning the Region XIII Championship and MCCC State Championship in 1994 and 1995. At the MCCC State Tournament in 1994, she broke the tournament record for blocks with 19. In 1995, she led the volleyball team in hitting percentage (.433), blocks (122), and blocks per game (1.2). Those same years, Krocak was a second-team NJCAA AllAmerican, All Region XIII, MCCC All-State, and MCCC All-Tournament selection. She was voted Most Valuable Defensive Player by her teammates in both 1994 and 1995.

Krocak has worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for over 20 years and is the Vice President of Operations. She is married to Gothan and they have two children: Kaia and Logan. They make their home in Montgomery, Minnesota. Lisa is a member of St. John Lutheran where she has served as the church treasurer.
